29. בדיקה
(א)הועדה המייעצת רשאית להזמין מבקש רשיון להתייצב לפניה ולחקור אותו על לימודיו ברפואה ועיסוקיו בה.
(ב)קיבלה הועדה המייעצת מידע על לימודי המבקש ברפואה ועיסוקיו בה שלא מן המבקש עצמו, תינתן לו הזדמנות נאותה להביא את טענותיו לגבי אותו מידע.
