38. דינו של רשיון מיוחד
רשיון מיוחד שניתן כאמור בסעיף 37 דינו, לגבי תחום העיסוק שנקבע בו, כדין רשיון לעסוק ברפואה; אולם מי שקיבל רשיון מיוחד כאמור לא יעסוק ברפואה אלא בפיקוחו של רופא מורשה.
