43. מתן תעודה כוזבת
רופא מורשה אשר במזיד או ברשלנות חתם או נתן, בתוקף מקצועו, אישור, דין־וחשבון, הודעה או תעודה כיוצא באלה, והיא כוזבת, מטעה או בלתי הוגנת, יראוהו כמי שנהג בדרך שאינה הולמת רופא מורשה.
