45. סמכות המנהל לבטל רשיון
נוכח המנהל כי נפטר רופא מורשה, או ששוב אינו רשאי לשבת ישיבת קבע בישראל, רשאי הוא, בצו חתום בידו, לבטל רשיון שניתן לרופא לפי פקודה זו.
