7. העסקת אחיות, חובשים ועוזרים
רופא מורשה רשאי להעסיק, בפיקוחו האישי, אחיות, חובשים ועוזרים בקשר לעיסוקו המקצועי, אך לא יתיר למי שאינו רופא מורשה לטפל בחולה, להשגיח עליו או לנתחו, כשהענין דורש שיקול דעת או מיומנות מקצועיים של רופא.
