10. פיצויים על פגיעה בעבודה
לענין פקודת הפיצויים לעובדים, 1947, ולענין כל חוק הקובע ביטוח חובה בפני פגיעה בעבודה, דין בת שירות בשירות לאומי כדין עובדת; ודין מי שאצלו היא עובדת כדין מעבידה.
