16. צו שנשלח בדואר
צו שנשלח בדואר רשום לפי כתובת מגוריו הקבוע של האדם שעליו הוא חל, רואים אותו כאילו הגיע לידיעת אותו אדם בתום 72 שעות מזמן שנמסר לדואר למשלוח.
