4. השירות ותנאיו
(א)טיב השירות הלאומי, תנאיו, מקומו וזמנו ייקבעו על ידי מפקח בצו.
(ב)את סוג השירות במסגרת השירות הלאומי, יקבע המפקח בשים לב לבחירתה של בת השירות.
