תיקון: תש״ע
ההגנות המנויות בסעיף 18(2)(ב) ו־(ד) ו־(3) לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ״א–1981, לא יחולו על צילום קטין שנעשה בנסיבות המנויות בסעיף 24(א)(1), תוך פגיעה בפרטיותו של הקטין כמשמעותה בסעיף 2(1) לחוק האמור, למעט צילום לפי סעיף 24א או צילום של התרחשות עבירה.
