בית המשפט הדן בענינו של קטין, רשאי, בכל עת, למנות לקטין אפוטרופוס לדין, או לענינים הנובעים מן ההליך שבפניו, אם מצא כי הדבר דרוש לטובת הקטין ולשם שמירה על עניניו.
