הקצין המוסמך, וכן שוטר או עובד המדינה שהסמיך אחד מהם, לפי הענין, רשאי להיכנס בכל עת לגוף ציבורי כדי לבדוק אם מולאו ביחס אליו ההוראות לפי חוק זה, וההנחיות שניתנו על פיו.
