8א. פסילת מועמד מחמת אי־התאמה ביטחונית
תיקון: תשס״ה
(א)על פסילה של מועמד מחמת אי־התאמה ביטחונית יחולו ההוראות לפי סעיף 15 לחוק שירות הביטחון הכללי, התשס״ב–2002.
(ב)בסעיף זה, ”מועמד“ – לרבות מועמד לשמש כמאבטח.
