3. שפיטת קטין
(א)בבית משפט שלום ובבית משפט מחוזי יהיה הדיון בעבירה שהואשם בה קטין, לרבות הדיון בערעור, לפני בית משפט לנוער.
(ב)על אף האמור בכל דין, רשאי שר המשפטים בצו להסמיך בית משפט שלום לנוער לדון קטינים על פשעים לפי הסעיפים המפורטים בצו.
