32. החזקת קטין בידי משפחה אומנת
תיקון: תשס״ח, תשע״ו־2
הממונה על המעונות רשאי להורות כי קטין המוחזק במעון, או שניתן עליו צו להחזיקו במעון לפי חוק זה, יושם במשפחת אומנה כהגדרתה בחוק אומנה לילדים, התשע״ו–2016, ולענין חוק זה יראו את הקטין כאילו הוחזק במעון. קטין זכאי שתינתן לו הזדמנות להביע את עמדתו לעניין זה.
