34ג. תנאי החזקת קטין במאסר
תיקון: תשס״ח
קטין יוחזק במאסר בתנאים ההולמים את גילו ואת צרכיו, שלא יהיה בהם כדי לפגוע בכבודו, ותוך השגחה מיוחדת על שלומו הגופני והנפשי, ובכלל זה יינתנו לקטין שירותי חינוך ופנאי, כפי שיקבע השר לביטחון הפנים, לאחר התייעצות עם שר החינוך.
