9ג. עיכוב עד קטין
תיקון: תשס״ה־2
עוכב עד קטין במקום ונתבקש להילוות לשוטר אל תחנת המשטרה לפי סעיף 68(ב) לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי (סמכויות אכיפה – מעצרים), התשנ״ו–1996, תימסר על כך בהקדם האפשרי הודעה להורהו, ואם לא ניתן להודיע להורה כאמור – לאדם הקרוב לקטין, אלא אם כן סבר הממונה על תחנת המשטרה שאליה הובא הקטין כי הודעה כאמור עשויה לפגוע בשלום הקטין או אם ביקש זאת הקטין.
