התעורר חשד, במהלך חקירת קטין בעבירה שהוא אינו חשוד בביצועה, שהקטין היה מעורב בביצוע העבירה, יחולו עליו הוראות כל דין לעניין חקירת חשודים, וחקירתו לא תחודש אלא לאחר שקוימו לגביו הוראות סעיפים 9ו עד 9ט.
