מי שזכאי לייצוג בידי סניגור ציבורי לפי סעיף 18 לחוק הסניגוריה הציבורית או סעיף 15 לחוק סדר הדין הפלילי [נוסח משולב], התשמ״ב–1982, יהיה זכאי לייצוג כאמור גם לשם נוכחות עורך דין בחקירה לפי סימן זה.
