14יח. סכומים מופחתים
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(א)הממונה אינו רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים הקבועים לפי סימן משנה זה, אלא במקרים, בנסיבות ובהתאם לשיקולים המפורטים בתוספת השנייה ובשיעורים הקבועים בה.
(ב)השר, בהסכמת שר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת החינוך, התרבות והספורט של הכנסת, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת השנייה.
