4א. חובת הכרה במוסד העורך הכשרה
תיקון: תשפ״ד
לא יערוך אדם הכשרה בסוג פעילות ספורט מוסדר, אלא אם כן הוא מוסד מוכר להכשרה באותו סוג פעילות ספורט, שהוכר בהתאם להוראות סעיף 4ב; מוסד כאמור יערוך את ההכשרה בהתאם לתנאים שצוינו בהכרה ובהתאם להוראות לפי חוק זה.
