4יב. ארגון של אימון ספורט
תיקון: תשפ״ד
(החל מיום 2.1.2027): גוף שמקיים פעילויות ספורט כדרך עיסוק, ובכלל זה אגודת ספורט, איגוד והתאחדות, או יחיד שמקיים פעילויות כאמור, לא יארגן אימון ספורט בסוג פעילות ספורט מוסדר אלא על ידי מי שהוא בעל תעודת הסמכה, אם נדרשת לפי סעיף 2(א), או מי שנחשב כבעל תעודת הסמכה לפי חוק זה, מהסוג והדרגה המתאימים לאותו סוג פעילות ספורט ושהוא רשום במרשם.
