19. אופן הערר
(א)נכה המבקש לערור על החלטת הועדה יגיש את הערר לנציב ויציין בו את נימוקי הערר.
(ב)הנציב יעביר את הערר למזכיר.
(ג)מבקש הנציב לערור על החלטת הועדה יגיש את הערר על כל נימוקיו ישירות למזכיר.
(ד)המזכיר ימציא העתק מהערר לנכה.
