26. דיון מחדש לפי בקשת הנציב
עברה שנה מאז נקבע לאחרונה אחוז נכותו של נכה, רשאי הנציב לבקש קביעה מחדש של אחוז הנכות והוראות תקנות אלה יחולו, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין.
