10. רישום בפנקס העובדים הסוציאליים
(א)מי שכשיר להיות עובד סוציאלי זכאי להירשם בפנקס העובדים הסוציאליים לפי חוק זה.
(ב)השר יקבע כללים בדבר דרכי הרישום בפנקס, פרטי הרישום בו, הפרטים שעל המבקש להגיש, פרטי טופס הבקשה לרישום ואופן הגשתה.
(ג)הפנקס יהיה פתוח לעיון הציבור.
