18. וערה רפואית
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)השר ימנה לענין פרק זה ועדה רפואית של שלושה חברים, והם: שני רופאים מומחים כהגדרתם בפקודת הרופאים [נוסח חדש], התשל״ז–1976, ועובד סוציאלי (להלן – ועדה רפואית); מינוי ועדה רפואית יכול שיהיה כללי או למקרה מסוים.
(ב)הועדה הרפואית תגיש את ממצאיה ומסקנותיה, כשהם מנומקים, לרשם.
