42. חידוש רישום שנמחק
מי ששמו נמחק מהרישום בפנקס לפי סעיף 40(5) רשאי בתום 5 שנים ממתן החלטת המחיקה להגיש לרשם בקשה לרישום מחדש ואם שוכנע הרשם, לאחר התייעצות עם ועדת הרישום, כי קיימות נסיבות המצדיקות זאת, רשאי הוא לחרש את הרישום.
