49. שיפוט משמעתי לפי חיקוק אחר
עובד סוציאלי הכפוף לשיפוט משמעתי גם לפי חיקוק אחר מותר לשפוט אותו על עבירת משמעת לפי חוק זה אפילו נשפט כבר בשל אותו מעשה או מחדל לפי החיקוק האחר, וכן מותר לשפוט אותו כאמור לפי חיקוק אחר אפילו נשפט כבר על עבירת משמעת לפי חוק זה, ובלבד שלא יחוייב בקנס יותר מפעם אחת על אותו מעשה או מחדל.
