61. ביצוע ותקנות
(א)השר ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל הנוגע לביצועו.
(ב)השר, בהסכמת שר האוצר ובאישור ועדת העבודה והרווחה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע אגרות בעד רישום או עיון בפנקס.
