תיקון: תשס״ב
מצאה ועדת שחרורים מיוחדת שאסיר עולם שהורשע ברצח ראש הממשלה פעל ממניע פוליטי–אידאולוגי, יראו לענין סעיף 29 כאילו המליצה הועדה שלא לקצוב את עונשו של האסיר, ולענין סעיף 30 כאילו המליצה שלא להפעיל את סמכות הנשיא לפי סעיף 11(ב) לחוק־יסוד: נשיא המדינה; הוראות סעיף 29(ג) לא יחולו לענין זה.
