6. תחולה
תיקון: תשנ״ח
(א)חוק זה יחול על הבחירות המוקדמות והבחירות לכנסת הארבע־עשרה ואילך.
(ב)חוק זה יחול על בחירות למועצה של רשות מקומית ועל בחירות לראש רשות מקומית שייערכו לאחר יום י׳ באלול התשנ״ח (1 בספטמבר 1998).
