4. תחולה
תקנות אלה יחולו על הבחירות המוקדמות שנערכו לפני הבחירות לכנסת הארבע עשרה ועל הבחירות לכנסת הארבע עשרה ועל בחירות מוקדמות ובחירות לכנסת שייערכו לאחר הבחירות האמורות.
