21ב. החלת הוראות סימן א׳ על ענף הפארם
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
(א)הוראות סימן א׳ יחולו, בשינויים המחויבים, גם על חנות פארם, על מצרך פארם, על קמעונאי פארם גדול ועל ספק גדול בעת התקשרות עם קמעונאי כאמור.
(ב)השר, בהתייעצות עם הממונה ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את שיעור מחזור המכירות האמור בפסקה (2) להגדרה ”חנות פארם“ ואת מחזור המכירות כאמור בהגדרה ”קמעונאי פארם גדול“.
