21ד. איסור על הסדר במקרקעין – קמעונאי פארם גדול
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2
קמעונאי פארם גדול לא יתקשר בהסדר שעניינו, מטרתו או תוצאתו הגבלה של קמעונאי פארם אחרים מלהתקשר בחוזה לעשיית עסקה במקרקעין או לגבי מקרקעין, לרבות רכישה, מכירה, החכרה או השכרה של מקרקעין, או להקמת חנות פארם או לכל פעילות מתחרה בענף הפארם, ולא יאריך הסדר כאמור.
