5. בקשה לרשיון
תיקון: תשנ״ג
(א)בקשה לרשיון תוגש לשר ותכלול פרטים שייקבעו בתקנות, לרבות פרטים בדבר התנאים התברואיים והחמריים של המעון, מטרותיו, תפוסתו, תקן עובדיו והכשרתם המקצועית.
פורסמו תקנות הפיקוח על מעונות (בקשה לרשיון), תשכ״ה–1965.
(ב)השר רשאי לקבוע בתקנות אגרה בעד מתן רשיון או חידושו.
