31. ועדת השרים ליישומים ביומטריים
(א)הממשלה תמנה ועדת שרים ליישומים ביומטריים, אשר תפעל בשמה בעניינים שקבעה לצורך יישום ההוראות לפי חוק זה.
(ב)ועדת השרים תהיה בת ארבעה חברים לפחות, והם: ראש הממשלה, השר, שר המשפטים והשר לביטחון הפנים.
(ג)ראש הממשלה יהיה יושב ראש ועדת השרים ליישומים ביומטריים, והשר – ממלא מקומו.
