34. שינוי התוספות
(א)השר, בהסכמת ראש הממשלה ושר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת הכנסת המשותפת, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת הראשונה.
(ב)השר לביטחון הפנים, בהתייעצות עם השר ושר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת הכנסת המשותפת, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת השניה.
