תיקון: תשע״ז
על אף האמור בסעיף 41, חוק זה יחול על כלל התושבים החל ביום תחילתו של חוק הכללת אמצעי זיהוי ביומטריים ונתוני זיהוי ביומטריים במסמכי זיהוי ובמאגר מידע (תיקון והוראת שעה), התשע״ז–2017.
