10ד. ועדה מייעצת
תיקון: תשע״ג
(א)שר הפנים ימנה ועדה, בראשות הממונה על היישומים הביומטריים, שתפקח על התנהלות תקופת המבחן ועל בחינת תוצאותיה (להלן – הוועדה).
(ב)הרכב הוועדה יהיה –
(1)הממונה על היישומים הביומטריים, והוא יהיה היושב ראש;
(2)הסטטיסטיקאי הממשלתי;
(3)ראש הרשות למשפט טכנולוגיה ומידע במשרד המשפטים;
(4)ראש המטה ללוחמה בטרור במשרד ראש הממשלה;
(5)נציג ציבור בעל ידע בתחום אבטחת מידע, שימנה שר הפנים.
