10. השימוש בדמי ההפצה
תיקון: תשע״ג, תשע״ז
(א)היה הגורם המפעיל מי שאינו גורם מפעיל פרטי, ישמשו דמי ההפצה שישולמו לו לכיסוי ההוצאות הכרוכות במילוי תפקידיו לפי חוק זה, בלבד.
(ב)אין בהוראות סעיף קטן (א) כדי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 4.
