תיקון: תשע״ז
מי שאינו בעל רישיון לשידורים באמצעות תחנות השידור הספרתיות או משדר ערוץ נושאי, למעט גוף מהגופים ששידוריהם מופצים לפי סעיפים 6(1) עד (6) ו־(8) ו־7, לא ישדר שידורים באמצעות תחנות השידור הספרתיות שמפעיל הגורם המפעיל.
