22. הליכים משפטיים ועילות
תיקון: תשע״ג
כל הליך משפטי שהיה תלוי ועומד ערב מועד המעבר, שהרשות השנייה או מועצת הרשות השנייה הן צד לו, הנוגע לתחנות השידור הספרתיות, וכן כל עילה להליך משפטי כאמור שהיתה קיימת ערב מועד המעבר, יוסיפו לעמוד בתוקפם כאילו לא נעשתה ההעברה האמורה בסעיף 21.
