8. תחילה והוראת מעבר
תיקון: תשס״ז, תש״ע, תשע״א, תשע״ג, תשע״ד, תשע״ה
(א)תחילתו של חוק זה שלושה חודשים מיום פרסומו.
(ב)(בוטל).
(ג)כל עוד לא מונתה ועדת הפיקוח לפי הוראות סעיף 5, יקבע השר את התקנות לפי סעיף 4 בהתייעצות עם שר התקשורת ועם ועדת המשנה שמינתה מועצת תאגיד השידור הישראלי לפי סעיף 20 לחוק השידור הציבורי שתפקידה לפקח על התכניות של גלי צה״ל שאינן תכניות צבאיות כהגדרתן בסעיף 78 לחוק האמור.
