11. ניהול פנקס הסניגורים הציבוריים
(א)בכל לשכת סניגוריה ציבורית ינוהל פנקס שבו יירשמו כל אלה:
(1)שמו ומענו של סניגור ציבורי שאינו עובד הלשכה שמונה;
(2)תאריך המינוי;
(3)מספר תיק בית המשפט שבו מונה;
(4)מספר תיק הסניגוריה הציבורית.
(ב)הפנקס יהיה פתוח לעיון הציבור בשעות העבודה הרגילות של לשכת הסניגוריה הציבורית.
