3. ערר על החלטת הסניגור הציבורי המחוזי
(א)ערר על החלטת הסניגור הציבורי המחוזי לפי תקנה 2(ב) יוגש בכתב לפי טופס 2 בתוספת.
(ב)הסניגור הציבורי הארצי רשאי להחליט בערר על סמך האמור בטופס הערר.
(ג)ההחלטה בערר תינתן בכתב, יפורטו בה נימוקיה והיא תומצא לעורר תוך 7 ימים.
