5. מינוי סניגור ציבורי
(א)מונה עורך דין לשמש סניגור ציבורי לאדם, יודיע הסניגור הציבורי המחוזי על כך, בכתב, לעורך הדין.
(ב)מי שמונה לסניגור ציבורי לאדם ייצור עמו קשר בהקדם האפשרי.
