9. החזר הוצאות
החליט בית המשפט להפסיק את ייצוגו של אדם בידי הסניגוריה הציבורית, רשאי הוא לחייבו להחזיר לסניגוריה הציבורית את ההוצאות שהוצאו בענינו, לפי תקנות אלה, לרבות שכר טרחה ששולם לפי תקנות הסניגוריה הציבורית (שכר טרחה לסניגורים ציבוריים), התשנ״ו–1996.
