תיקון: תשנ״א
השר, באישור ועדת העבודה והרווחה של הכנסת, רשאי לקבוע תקנות אגרה בעד בחינה כאמור בסעיף 11(ג), ורשאי הוא לקבוע סוגים של מהנדסים או אדריכלים שיהיו פטורים מתשלומה.
