16. חקירה בהתנהגות מהנדסים ואדריכלים

(ג)השר, בכסוף להוראות חוק זה, לאחר התייעצות עם שר המשפטים, רשאי לקבוע בתקנות סדרי דיון בדיון לפני ועדת אתיקה, לרבות קביעת מועדים לדיוניה ולמתן החלטותיה; ועדת אתיקה רשאית לקבוע לעצמה את סדרי הדין בפניה ככל שלא נקבעו בתקנות כאמור.
