21. הוראת מעבר
מי שעבד בענף הנדסה או אדריכלות לפני פרסום הודעה על פתיחת מדור לאותו ענף בפנקס המהנדסים והאדריכלים ונרשם בפנקס תוך תשעה חדשים לאחר הפרסום, זכאי לקבל תעודה כתום תקופת עבודתו שנקבעה לפי סעיף 11, אף שלא היה רשום בפנקס כל אותה תקופה.
