3ב. תפקידי המועצה
תיקון: תשע״א
המועצה תייעץ לשר התעשייה המסחר והתעסוקה בנושאים אלה:
(1)סוגי רישיונות לעבודות חשמל;
(2)תנאי הכשירות לקבלת רישיונות לעבודות חשמל, לרבות לעניין השכלה, הכשרה, התמחות ובחינות;
(3)עבודות החשמל שבעלי רישיונות רשאים לבצען כאמור בסעיף 6;
(4)שימור הכשירות של בעלי הרישיונות.
